Some people prefer activities and lifestyle in hot climate while others prefer activities and lifestyle in cold climate.
Discuss both views and give your opinion.
It is a fact that humans are really good at adapting to different climates, but human body has different preference of how much cold or heat it can handle. The reality is that there are some who enjoy warm weather and others tend to choose colder one. With the help of mechanical innovations humans can now control the weather, inside, at least. In my opinion, it is more of psychological factor that influence individuals of their seasonal preferences.
To begin with, summer season is always associated for extrovert persons. People who like balmy climate will most likely to arrange activities that are perfect for sunny days. For example, families may arrange fun activities for the whole family such as jogging, swimming and exercising in parks. These are just few of a handful of example of enjoyable events that are frolicking when temperature rises. Furthermore, exposure to sunlight can boost vitamin D to the body which is essential nutrients for the bone and immune system. Warmer weather is scientifically proven that can strengthen the heart, lower blood pressure and increase the production of serotonin. Therefore, many people choose to have fun and partake in various undertakings during summertime.
In contrast, those who love winter are perceived to be an introverts since cold weather is always a good excuse to stay home. Many individuals are in-favour of cold temperature because they can perform tasks better when the temperature is cooler. In particular, people can concentrate better on their task in a place with comfortable working environment. In addition, winter months does not require people to deal with how presentable and stylish they are since their body will be covered with thick clothing. Hence, there is a potential to boost people’s self-esteem because no pressure of having an attractive body .
In conclusion, seasonal changes can play a major role in how people think, feel and behave. Humans individual preferences can be influenced by a wide variety of factors including psychological and experiences. If someone grew up enjoying and get excited to play in snow during snowy days, more likely, that person will also enjoy winter as an adult.
